We are currently accepting applications for September 2026.
While immersed in a beautiful Orthodox setting, this program is dedicated to teaching professional painting skills and classical art training, seeking to demystify the process of making a proper icon.
Length of Study:
The icon residency program length of study is 3 years.
Residency Program Fees(per academic year):
Tuition - $11,500
Room & Board:
Room & Meal Plan: $6,000
Total cost per year = $17,500
Scholarships and flexible payment options are available to help offset tuition costs.
These are determined on a case by case basis, once an residency application process has begun.

In addition to the initial submission form, each applicant must submit the following materials to ptahminsk@gmail.com :
+ 5-7 Photos of your artwork - does not need to be iconography
+ Resumé of previous Education and Work Experience
+ A 500 word or less ‘Personal Statement’ expressing your interest in the iconography program, as well as your intended goals
Once your application & materials are submitted, your work and submissions will be reviewed by faculty.
